The Bermuda Police Service is appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Shania Haller.
Around 4.45am yesterday, police officers responded to a report of gunshots in the Khyber Pass, Warwick area.
There were no reported injuries but evidence found confirmed that a firearm had been discharged.
An investigation regarding this confirmed firearm incident is underway and anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the Khyber Pass, Warwick area early Sunda morning is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Department on 247-1744 or the confidential and anonymous Crime Stoppers hotline 800-8477.
Meanwhile, around 11.10 a.m. on Sunday, police and first responders were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive male at a property in the Spar Lane, Craddock Road Sandys parish area.
The 45-year-old man, believed to be from Sandys parish, was later pronounced dead at that location by an on call doctor.
No further information regarding the deceased will be provided at this time, until his next of kin have been notified.
The scene was processed by the relevant police personnel and foul play is not suspected.
UPDATE: The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 45 year old Rohan Simons and extends sincere condolences to his family and friends. Foul play is not suspected. However, an autopsy is anticipated.
